💼 About This Role

Frontend Engineer

Dart — The only truly AI-native project management tool

At Dart, we’re building an AI-native product suite with a world-class user experience—and a lot of technical complexity under the hood. Our frontend is mission-critical, and we’ve invested in a modern stack (Vue 3, TypeScript, Tailwind) to deliver the fastest, most interactive, best experience in the market. We’re looking for frontend engineers who care deeply about UX and product quality—and who are excited about working with cutting-edge AI both in what we build and how we build it. #### **What You’ll Do** * Work directly on **LLM-powered product features** that support agents, AI-assisted planning, chat with tasks/docs, and more * Use LLMs and other AI tools in your development workflow to **ship faster and with higher quality** * Build fast, functional, and beautiful components using **Vue 3 + TypeScript** * Integrate cleanly and efficiently with backend APIs, collaborating closely with backend engineers to shape data contracts and system behavior * Focus relentlessly on **great user experience**, performance, and responsiveness * Work flexibly and autonomously across a **wide range of product and technical challenges** * Improve existing systems and architect new ones as Dart’s capabilities grow * Support and strengthen **mission-critical operations** as part of a high-ownership team * Collaborate on wireframes, early prototypes, and design refinements * Participate in **user feedback** loops and design reviews with leaders and customers * **Take initiative, move quickly, and learn fast**—especially from real usage and live data
