📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of IT Service Desk experience
• Proficiency in macOS and Windows systems
• Expertise in Google Workspace administration
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN concepts

• ITIL Foundation certification
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator
