You'll lead the evolution of security across AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise operations, working with a world-class team on frontier AI models. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Cohere's overarching information security strategy.
• Lead security risk assessment and mitigation across all business functions.
• Design security architecture for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Build and lead high-performing security teams across multiple disciplines.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record as a CISO or SVP of Security in high-growth tech.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, and AI/ML security.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Experience operating within public company or IPO-ready environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience preparing organizations for IPO readiness.
