💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated post-sales hire, owning enterprise customer implementations and building the post-sales function from scratch. Your core impact is helping global companies launch successfully with our e-invoicing platform across 30+ countries. You'll work directly with a world-class team that has raised $2.8M from YCombinator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise customer onboarding from contract signature to production launch
• Work with customer engineering teams to design and debug integrations
• Help customers think through rollout plans and implementation approaches
• Build the playbook for implementations and technical onboarding

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as software engineer or post-sales technical support
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable reading API docs, logs, HTTP requests, and JSON/XML payloads
• Able to write code or scripts when needed

• Familiarity with fintech, ERP, billing, tax, or compliance systems
• Spanish language skills
