💼 About This Role

You'll own the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud stack at a hospitality SaaS company, automating lead-to-cash processes and building RevOps infrastructure from the ground up. This is a foundational hire to scale operations, freeing leadership to focus on strategy. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (users, profiles, flows, automation).
• Own GTM technology stack operations and integrations (e.g., Workato, NetSuite).
• Build reports and dashboards for pipeline and forecasting insights.
• Support Quote-to-Cash processes including quoting, approvals, and order management.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience in a SaaS environment.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and validation rules.
• Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes in Salesforce.
