You'll shape the systems behind provider search, ranking, and booking to help patients find the right mental health provider. Your work will directly impact how patients experience care. You'll leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code as a natural part of your workflow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve scalable systems for provider search, ranking, and booking
• Partner with product, design, and clinical teams to align technical decisions with outcomes
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and time-to-value

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience building scalable, production-ready systems
• Strong expertise in API design, data modeling, and system reliability
• Advanced system architecture experience with tradeoff analysis
• Technical leadership on complex cross-team projects

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with data-intensive systems and pipelines
