You'll lead the technical strategy for Video Ads on Android at Reddit, turning them into a premier offering for brand advertisers. Your core impact will be building scalable, high-performance ad formats. You'll also provide technical guidance and establish Android best practices across the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product and Design to build a roadmap for Video Ads.
• Drive technical design and execution of ad format projects.
• Establish Android best practices and provide design reviews.
• Mentor senior engineers and advocate for customers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years deep expertise in Kotlin and modern Android patterns.
• Completed 4+ Android projects from ideation to production.
• Prior experience in Ad Tech building rich-media mobile experiences.
