💼 About This Role

You'll own the security of the physical fleet powering frontier AI workloads. You'll design fleet-wide security controls from a clean slate at the intersection of hardware, OS, and network security. You'll protect tens of thousands of GPUs against nation-state-level adversaries and shape the security of next-generation compute infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Secure server fleet lifecycle from supply chain to decommissioning
• Design and maintain hardened OS golden images with automated patching
• Define BMC security model including access control and firmware integrity
• Implement micro-segmentation, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust network controls

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in InfoSec or Infrastructure with focus on bare metal or IaaS
• Deep experience with Linux hardening (SELinux, AppArmor, kernel-level)
• Expert-level network security knowledge (TCP/IP, VPNs, zero-trust)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Go, or Rust) and config management tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BMC platforms (OpenBMC, iDRAC, iLO)
• Familiarity with compliance standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP
• Hardware-level root of trust and secure boot implementations
