💼 About This Role

You'll lead project management for a mission-critical DoW software sustainment effort within the DISA Spectrum Information System environment. You'll oversee operations, modernization, and cybersecurity activities supporting enterprise EMS software capabilities. This role offers the chance to serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Agile product lifecycle from operations to sustainment.
• Develop and maintain Master Schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Lead Monthly Management Reviews and Interim Progress Reviews.
• Facilitate communication between Government, teams, and stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 7+ years managing technical projects for Federal Government contracts.
• Experience leading Agile software development in DoD/IC environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams supporting enterprise applications.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP Certification preferred.
• Prior experience supporting DISA or DoD spectrum operations.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Git repositories.
