You'll design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect-based IVR solutions for a digital transformation consultancy. Your core impact is building robust, failure-safe telephony experiences. You'll work with a cutting-edge cloud stack on Fortune 1000 client projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR
• Develop AWS Lambda functions supporting IVR workflows
• Implement secure configuration and secrets management
• Validate IVR behavior during failure scenarios
• Participate in defect triage and resolution

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in relevant role
• Hands-on Amazon Connect experience with contact flows
• Strong AWS serverless development (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
• Experience with secure configuration management (Secrets Manager/Parameter Store)

• Experience with Lex bot integration
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline delivery
