• 5+ years of Java development with multithreading and performance optimization
• Strong SQL experience
• Experience leading design and architecture activities
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with AI tools (Cursor, WindSurf, CodeRabbit)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
