💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive product initiatives from concept to launch, translating business and clinical needs into clear requirements. You'll partner closely with engineering and design to ship impactful solutions for patients and clinicians, including agentic AI clinical decision support features. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to scale products at the intersection of healthcare delivery and technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product initiatives from concept through launch across multiple areas
• Translate business, clinical, and user problems into clear product requirements
• Partner with engineering to define scope, make tradeoffs, and unblock the team
• Collaborate with design to ensure UX aligns with product strategy and feasibility
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and use data to guide prioritization and iteration

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of product management experience in health tech or digital health
• Healthcare experience with virtual care delivery or clinical workflows
• AI-powered or data-driven products experience
• Ability to independently own product areas and ship features end-to-end
