You'll act as an intermediary between partners and our Security Operations Center team, ensuring effective service delivery and partner satisfaction. Your core impact is breaking down complex SOC concepts into actionable guidance for customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports.
• Break down complex SOC concepts and log data into actionable guidance.
• Lead calls with partners during high-severity incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and product behavior.

📋 Requirements

• Passion for cybersecurity, especially identity compromise, phishing, and endpoint security.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during active security incidents.
• Comfortable facilitating group discussions in high-pressure situations.

✨ Nice to Have

• MSP or Help Desk experience with Zendesk or PSA platforms.
• Microsoft 365/Entra experience around identity and phishing scenarios.
• Basic understanding of SIEM concepts and log analysis.
