🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead process improvement projects to enhance supplier quality culture.
• Manage supplier NCR/SCAR/CAR activities and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze non-conformance trends to evaluate corrective action effectiveness.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing quality.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 4-6 years of engineering or quality experience.
• 4-6 years in a supplier-facing role.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.

✨ Nice to Have

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• ASQ Certification.
• Experience with Zendesk, Asana, SolidWorks, Tableau.
