You'll architect resilient payment systems handling millions of daily transactions at global scale. You'll own technical delivery and establish AI-enabled workflows and operational excellence standards. This role offers fully remote, hybrid, or office-based work within Canada US time zones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical delivery of event-based payment systems
• Establish modern standards for AI-enabled workflows and reliability
• Navigate from POC to production via iterative approaches
• Shape engineering strategy and mentor engineers

📋 Requirements

• Staff-level experience with large-scale incident handling
• Deep proficiency in distributed systems and full stack architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding and deployment
• Ability to simplify complex technical tradeoffs for stakeholders
