💼 About This Role

You'll join the high-performing Solution Engineering team in Tokyo, collaborating with Sales, Alliances, and Product to win strategic opportunities. You'll deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations, building trust with stakeholders as a spokesperson for Quantexa's Decision Intelligence Platform. This role offers direct engagement with Japanese financial institutions and opportunities to represent Quantexa at industry events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to stakeholders from users to executives
• Manage technical aspects of the sales cycle alongside Sales, Architects, and Product
• Design and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned with customer objectives
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover core business challenges and technical needs

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Solution Engineering, Presales, or similar commercial technical role
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (TOEIC 700+)
• Proven experience in Risk, Anti-Financial Crime, AML, KYC, or CRM
• Led at least two extensive PoCs and contributed to five or more proving engagements

• Expertise in Entity Resolution, Graph Generation, or Advanced Analytics
• Direct Financial Crime solution sales experience (Fraud, AML, KYC)
• Direct pre-sales experience with Japanese financial institutions or government agencies
