💼 About This Role

You'll design and ship multi-step AI agents that automate complex GTM workflows for Front's customer operations platform. Your work will directly impact how sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate at scale at a company backed by Sequoia Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship production-grade AI agents automating end-to-end GTM workflows
• Translate business requirements into robust agent architectures with state management
• Build multi-agent systems where specialized agents collaborate and hand off work
• Integrate agents with Salesforce APIs, Snowflake, and other business systems

📋 Requirements

• Production agentic systems experience: shipped at least one multi-step AI agent to production
• Multi-agent orchestration with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• CRM integration with Salesforce via APIs, including auth and object models
• LLM API proficiency with Anthropic Claude or OpenAI for tool use and function calling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building lightweight interface layers (React, Next.js) on agent backends
• RAG architecture experience with vector databases and embedding pipelines
• Experience replacing SaaS tools with purpose-built AI workflows
