Your core impact will be leading the modernization of legacy systems into a cloud-first platform while mentoring senior engineers. You'll be instrumental in shaping the company's data strategy through high-visibility architectural decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-own and evolve data platform architecture across all domains
• Drive platform initiatives supporting company data strategy
• Author and sign off on RFCs and technical specifications
• Mentor senior engineers to accelerate technical growth

📋 Requirements

• 10-15+ years of data platform engineering experience
• Expert-level SQL and Python proficiency
• Deep expertise with Kafka ecosystem and stream processing
• Advanced Kubernetes and Docker container orchestration

• Experience with modern data stack tools like dbt or Looker
• Machine learning infrastructure and MLOps expertise
• Published technical articles or conference talks
