You'll design and build the foundational layer for agentic AI systems within a high-impact enterprise environment. Your core impact will be turning early prototypes into production-grade, enterprise-ready solutions while shaping architecture and writing significant code. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a fast-moving, experimental setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define architecture for enterprise agentic AI systems
• Build and ship production-grade AI agent systems
• Transition prototypes into robust, secure production systems
• Design systems for enterprise security (RBAC, audit logging)

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and/or agentic AI patterns
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and LangChain

• Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG pipelines
• Full-stack comfort and strong communication skills
