💼 About This Role

You'll be instrumental in supporting enterprise systems and day-to-day operations across identity, endpoint, and security platforms. You'll perform Okta administration and support identity lifecycle management, while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams. This role offers exceptional exposure to cloud infrastructure and automation in a regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform Okta administration and identity lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot SSO/MFA issues and provide user support.
• Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams on initiatives.
• Provide managed local IT support and white-glove assistance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant engineering or infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS.
• Proficiency in Okta or identity management platforms.
• Experience with endpoint management (Jamf, Intune, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems or AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with FIPS, STIG, or CIS hardening standards.
• Knowledge of compliance standards like ISO and NIST.
