You'll lead high-visibility integration projects within the EPMO, driving delivery across technology, business, and data domains. Your work will directly shape Gore's merger with Beneva and ensure sustainable growth. This role offers the chance to mature delivery practices in a dynamic, evolving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure successful execution.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets, monitor spend, and report on variances.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships through engagement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in project management across complex project types.
• 6+ years of experience in the Insurance industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading company integration projects after mergers or acquisitions.
• Experience with Property Casualty insurance.
