🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy Amazon Connect Contact Flows
• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions for IVR workflows
• Validate IVR behavior during failure scenarios
• Implement secure configuration and secrets management

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flows and IVR development
• Strong experience with AWS Lambda (Node.js or Python) and DynamoDB
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure configuration management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Lex bots integration
• Knowledge of API integration patterns for IVR flows
