You'll lead data science initiatives for Magic: The Gathering: Arena, developing models to predict player behavior and revenue impact. You'll partner with business leaders to drive data-informed decision making and shape long-term player strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop empirical models of player lifecycle and format preferences
• Build projections of revenue and engagement impact
• Partner with analysts to understand Magic fandom ecosystem
• Create Tableau dashboards for real-time KPI visibility

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of predictive and causal analysis experience
• Degree in quantitative discipline (graduate degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Python or R for quantitative analysis
• Working knowledge of SQL
