You'll lead end-to-end process development for supplier quality initiatives at Anduril Industries, a defense tech company. You'll transform ambiguous challenges into scalable solutions, driving operational efficiency across multiple facilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end process development for key supplier quality initiatives
• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering via interviews and workshops
• Map and analyze current-state processes to identify gaps
• Design and document new business processes and templates
• Lead cross-functional project teams to define scope and execute

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supplier quality, supply chain, or related field
• 2+ years experience in process design or program management in aerospace/defense
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes across multiple facilities
• Eligible to obtain U.S. Secret security clearance

• Master's degree in related field
• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Project management framework knowledge (PMI, Agile)
