🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain ML pipeline infrastructure for drug discovery
• Implement and optimize algorithms for data processing and model training
• Collaborate with computational scientists on drug discovery pipeline
• Enhance software platform for reliability and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year developing and maintaining ML pipelines
• Experience with PyTorch or JAX deep learning frameworks
• Proficiency in Python scientific computing (numpy, scipy, pandas)
• Experience with cloud computing and containerization (git, Docker)

✨ Nice to Have

• Solid background in machine learning fundamentals
• Experience with generative modeling (flow matching, diffusion)
• Familiarity with cheminformatics libraries (RDKit, OpenBabel)
