💼 About This Role

You'll implement and optimize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls across endpoints, cloud, and collaboration platforms to protect sensitive data at a fast-scaling defense startup. Your work directly impacts the security posture of a company redefining modern defense.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and optimize enterprise DLP solutions across endpoints, email, and cloud storage
• Develop and maintain DLP policies for CUI, IP, and export-controlled data
• Monitor and investigate DLP alerts and anomalous data movement activities
• Partner with Engineering to classify and secure sensitive development data

📋 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or DLP roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft GCC High environments
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and DLP technologies
• Knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Security Clearance
• Familiarity with ITAR or export-controlled data
• Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting
