💼 About This Role

You'll design and build backend services that power search, remediation, and quarantine workflows across multi-tenant enterprise email environments. You'll own the reliability of your systems through unit tests, integration testing, and production observability. AI-augmented development tools are used across the engineering org to build faster and ship high-quality software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build backend services for search, remediation, and quarantine workflows
• Scope, develop, and deliver features end-to-end with Tech Lead and PM
• Own system reliability including testing and production observability
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot customer issues

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in backend development and distributed systems
• Experience building features from scratch and operating them in production
• Experience improving service reliability and observability in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Django
• Experience with search systems, remediation workflows, or SOC tooling
• Exposure to email security or cybersecurity products
