You'll join our Customer Experience Layer, ensuring the quality of web applications, frontend logic, and client-facing automation. Your work directly impacts the reliability of tools that guide multi-million dollar media decisions. You'll design automation frameworks and champion testability in an AI-first operating model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks
• Manage release process and enable on-demand releases
• Review UI for design and accessibility standards
• Champion TDD, BDD, and ATDD across the engineering team

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in agile environment embedding quality into teams
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and Python
• Experience with Playwright, Pytest, or equivalent test tools
• Practical knowledge of non-functional testing (accessibility, performance, security)

✨ Nice to Have

• Awareness of spec-driven AI development
• Active participation in testing community (conferences, meetups, blog)
• Experience with GraphQL, REST API, and cross-browser testing
