You'll drive technical direction and architecture for critical platform capabilities on a cloud-native AI platform used by global financial institutions. Your work will shape high-availability distributed systems powering communications and trade surveillance. The role emphasizes AI-assisted engineering with tools like Claude Code and Codex.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-level design for complex cross-service features
• Own implementation of critical product components with full test coverage
• Drive engineering agenda and contribute to technical roadmap planning
• Communicate technical decisions across engineering, product, and ML teams

📋 Requirements

• Expert Java mastery including Java internals and advanced concurrency
• Mastery of Spring Framework (IoC, Boot)
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and IaC
• Practitioner-level command of AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code, Codex)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CQRS, Event Sourcing, and distributed transaction patterns
• Knowledge of observability stacks (tracing, metrics, alerting)
• Familiarity with deployment strategies: Blue/Green, Canary Releases
