You'll bridge the gap between customer needs and technical feasibility, collaborating with product and engineering to define priorities. You'll force-multiply delivery for key customers and drive expansion into future opportunities. This role also contributes to AI and automation within Ready's Center of Excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define product requirements
• Capture and communicate client requirements with the core team
• Develop and perform test strategies for quality and performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical field
• 2-3 years experience in an engineering role
• Proficiency in AI model monitoring, data validation, and automation tooling
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code in React or Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Python with SQL, CI/CD (Docker, AWS)
• Knowledge of LLM model evaluation and RAG architectures
• Experience with MLflow, Airflow, Langchain, or Pydantic-AI
