You'll shape the mobile experience for millions of users at Flo, the world's #1 health fitness app focused on female health. You'll own end-to-end feature delivery in a cross-functional team and work with machine learning and AI powering personalized health insights. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop features using modern frameworks and in-house components.
• Deliver polished, intuitive user experiences meeting high design standards.
• Maintain and improve continuous delivery pipeline for fast, safe releases.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Android development experience at scale.
• Proficiency in Java with strong object-oriented design principles.
• Deep knowledge of Android ecosystem, platform fragmentation, and UI patterns.
• Solid familiarity with Google technologies and Play Store submission processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Kotlin, Clean Architecture, and reactive programming.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD tooling and release automation.
• Experience optimizing data usage over mobile networks and building offline-first apps.
