You'll lead a cross-functional squad to build Hudl's Director Operating System, reducing chaos for sports organization leaders. Your work will help directors manage scheduling, registration, payments, and game-day operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product squads as product owner, prioritizing backlog and collaborating with design and engineering.
• Build Director Operations products for scheduling, facilities, registration, payments, communications, and game-day readiness.
• Drive discovery and delivery to ensure solutions hit the market with measurable impact.
• Shape product strategy by evaluating opportunities based on customer value and business viability.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building customer-facing software.
• Meaningful experience playing, coaching, or working in sports organizations.
• Experience using AI tools and building AI-powered workflows into products.
• Ability to influence and inspire teammates without formal authority.
