You'll support core data processing, validation, and operational workflows for StepStone's private markets platform. You'll ensure accurate, timely private markets data and work closely with SPAR team leadership and client service partners. This role offers exposure to private equity data operations and direct impact on client deliverables.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and validate private markets data from General Partners
• Prepare accurate data outputs following SPAR standards
• Monitor operational workflows to meet deadlines
• Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate resolution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
