💼 About This Role

You'll join Datadog's Finance team to resolve complex billing questions and drive operational efficiency across multiple internal teams. This role offers a chance to partner with Customer Success and Sales while contributing to impactful process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and resolve complex billing questions and customer inquiries using internal tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide billing support and insights.
• Help customers understand invoices based on usage patterns and plan type.
• Triage and manage incoming requests across Zendesk, Jira, and Slack.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau.
