💼 About This Role

You'll support core PMO workflows at a global private markets investment firm, ensuring work moves efficiently from intake through discovery to SOW development. You'll coordinate stakeholders, maintain project tools, and help scale the PMO environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare discovery materials including agendas and pre-reads
• Capture notes, action items, and decisions from discovery meetings
• Draft Statements of Work using standardized templates
• Maintain project information in Jira and coordinate approvals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and task management skills
