• Design and refine system prompts and guardrails for AI characters.
• Build evaluation frameworks for character fidelity and safety.
• Architect RAG systems grounding responses in canonical knowledge.
• Lead prompt versioning and regression testing practices.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building production LLM-powered systems.
• Deep expertise in prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector stores.
• Proficiency with major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.).
