You'll lead the embedded systems group designing cannabis hardware products at PAX Labs. Your core impact is developing modular architectures scalable across the product portfolio while managing and coaching a small team of electrical and hardware engineers. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead embedded system design for cannabis hardware products.
• Manage and coach a team of hardware and electrical engineers.
• Oversee engineering documentation and PCB layout development.
• Drive performance validation of hardware products and batteries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in consumer product development.
• Deep knowledge of embedded hardware and firmware design.
• Strong track record of shipping consumer products through full lifecycle.
• Experience working with Asian manufacturing and supply chains.

• Experience with JDM-style development partnerships.
• Passion for the cannabis industry.
• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
