💼 About This Role

You'll lead front-end delivery for MYOB's Data and AI team, building modern web experiences across SaaS products. You'll define architecture, mentor engineers, and embed quality practices like accessibility and performance optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of front-end features from discovery to release.
• Define and evolve front-end architecture, patterns, and design systems.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape solutions from ambiguous problems.
• Embed quality practices including unit, integration, and e2e testing.

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in React and TypeScript with modern front-end practices.
• Production experience building large-scale responsive web applications with accessibility and performance optimization.
• Design system and component library experience collaborating with designers.
• Testing proficiency with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress.

• Exposure to micro-frontends or React Native.
• Frontend observability tooling experience.
