You'll lead the firmware organization and drive the technical roadmap for Inspiren's senior living IoT ecosystem. Your core impact will be strategically building and scaling a high-performance embedded systems department. You'll pioneer AI-augmented engineering workflows to accelerate development and set global standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own organizational design and long-term hiring strategy for embedded systems
• Define modular, testable platform methodologies and technical playbooks
• Implement AI-driven automation for code generation and testing
• Lead JDM/ODM technical relationships and specification definition
• Oversee strategic direction across sensing, protocols, and silicon platforms

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in embedded systems engineering
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Expert knowledge of MCU RTOS and MPU Embedded Linux
• Proven track record scaling engineering for mission-critical IoT
