💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a senior technical authority and escalation point for Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Jira, and Office 365, architecting reliable systems and solving the toughest problems. You'll drive automation and integrations to keep systems running seamlessly across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as final escalation point for complex incidents across collaboration platforms
• Lead deep technical troubleshooting at application, integration, and infrastructure layers
• Write and maintain automation scripts for repetitive tasks and integrations
• Configure, optimize, and maintain platforms for performance, security, and scalability
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise tools ensuring reliability and security

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or SaaS administration
• Expert-level experience with Slack admin console, Google Workspace, Zoom, Jira, ProofPoint, and Office 365
• Strong expertise in identity and access management with Okta SSO/MFA
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell or Python
