You'll join Knit's Survey Programming team to program and optimize customer surveys in Qualtrics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. You'll collaborate with Research and Customer Success teams to enhance survey quality and data outputs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Program surveys in Qualtrics with complex logic and multimedia
• Review study designs and optimize questionnaires
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free surveys
• Coordinate with teams to meet project deadlines

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Qualtrics expertise
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• 3+ years of Market Research experience
• Fluent English communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cint, InnovateMR, or Prodege for survey fielding
• Client-facing experience with US-based customers
• Knowledge of survey programming best practices
