💼 About This Role

You'll contribute to the ML growth engine behind TIFIN AMP, a production machine learning platform for wealth enterprises. You'll build early-warning churn models and predictive frameworks that drive client retention and asset consolidation. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full ML lifecycle in a fast-moving, finance-native AI environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in full ML lifecycle: EDA to deployment monitoring
• Support end-to-end model implementation for enterprise clients
• Engineer feature pipelines across AUM, transactions, CRM datasets
• Assist in designing A/B tests to measure business impact

📋 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering
• Foundational supervised learning knowledge
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Exposure to consumer behavior modeling or time-series analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS or Snowflake
• Experience with lifecycle analytics
• Strong communication skills
