💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end ML lifecycle for AI-first SaaS products leveraging Large Quantitative Models, rapidly prototyping and deploying models into production. As a founding engineer on the AI Generation Engine team, you'll bridge cutting-edge research with real-world MVPs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage data pipelines for training and retraining LQMs.
• Develop and test novel ML models and algorithms.
• Lead feature engineering from complex datasets.
• Analyze model behavior and tune hyper-parameters for production.
• Collaborate with researchers and PMs to translate business objectives into ML roadmaps.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of postgraduate experience in software development.
• Experience building scalable ML systems with large-scale data pipelines.
• Strong expertise in Python ML stack (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, NumPy, Pandas).
• Proven track record driving the full ML lifecycle from exploration to deployment.

✨ Nice to Have

• MS or PhD in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience with financial simulation or risk simulation.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS).
