• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and special requests.
• Provide personalized local recommendations and insights.
• Maintain common areas and perform quality checks using Safety Culture.
• Resolve guest requests via Breezeway and handle live issues.
• Coordinate with remote Guest Experience team via Slack and Kustomer.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience.
• 1+ year in guest service roles.
• Tech-savvy with experience in tech-related tasks.
• Availability for varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
