📋 Requirements

• Proven track record delivering complex technical software in AEC at principal level
• Strong understanding of AEC workflows including BIM or construction management
• Ability to work across multi-functional teams translating requirements into strategy
• Ability to operate with autonomy driving ambiguous problem spaces

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools like Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks
• Familiarity with construction technology, digital twins, or reality capture
• Background in data interoperability or open standards (IFC, CDE, COBie)
