💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of improving and stabilizing an existing AI-powered voice platform built on ElevenLabs. Your core impact will be assessing a problematic current setup, defining best-practice architecture, and implementing improvements end-to-end. This highly autonomous 3–6 month contract role offers a chance to work with a small internal team in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess the current ElevenLabs environment for gaps and scalability issues.
• Define and implement best-practice architecture and operational standards.
• Plan and execute migration to improved target-state architecture.
• Optimize and stabilize AI voice workflows and integrations.

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ElevenLabs in production.
• Proven experience configuring and optimizing ElevenLabs voice agents.
• Experience defining best practices for ElevenLabs deployments.
• Strong understanding of APIs and middleware-driven architectures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Exposure to VB Scripts or legacy automation environments.
• Experience building or improving AI-powered customer support systems.
