💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems that accelerate AI adoption across internal workflows and customer-facing products. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and own use cases end-to-end. This role offers the chance to productionize AI agents and LLM applications at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Discover and build AI use cases across internal and customer-facing products
• Rapidly prototype AI agents, LLM apps, RAG workflows, and automation tools
• Productionize AI with monitoring, evaluation, logging, and fallback paths
• Build reusable patterns for prompt management, retrieval, and guardrails

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in software engineering or related technical roles
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or prompt engineering
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience building and deploying production systems with APIs and cloud

• Experience with responsible AI practices including evals and guardrails
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
