💼 About This Role

You'll build the reliability, infrastructure, and security foundations for last-mile healthcare delivery at Sprinter Health. You'll own cloud infrastructure, observability, automation, and security across a platform serving 2M+ patients. This role offers broad ownership across reliability, security, and platform design in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve infrastructure for patient care and clinician operations
• Improve reliability across distributed systems, CI/CD, and observability
• Raise security baseline across cloud infrastructure and access controls
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Automate manual infrastructure processes through scripting

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in SRE, platform, infrastructure, or security engineering
• Experience building and operating production systems in AWS or GCP
• Deep experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues across multiple layers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in health tech, logistics, or marketplace environments
• Background in mid- or growth-stage startups
• Experience improving security posture in an engineering-friendly way
