💼 About This Role

You'll lead the enterprise cybersecurity function for the Range Group, owning a modern Microsoft-centric security stack. Your core impact is building internal operational excellence from a strong external foundation. This is a builder role where you'll formalize governance, deepen strategy, and embed risk management culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the enterprise security roadmap and report to senior leadership.
• Operate Sentinel as primary SIEM: triage, investigate, resolve incidents.
• Lead PCI DSS, PIPEDA, and GDPR compliance for IT domain.
• Oversee vulnerability management, pen testing, and incident response.
• Administer vendor security assessments and manage security vendor ecosystem.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with progressive responsibility.
• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft security ecosystem (Sentinel, Defender suite, Purview, Entra).
• Experience with compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, PIPEDA, GDPR) and audit processes.
• Proven track record managing vendor security ecosystem including MSSPs and consulting partners.

• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to automate security processes.
• Hands-on experience with incident response and penetration testing programs.
