💼 About This Role

You'll join Sezzle's Applied AI team to build AI-powered platforms and systems that enhance customer experiences and team productivity. You'll contribute to intelligent automation and agentic systems while working alongside senior engineers on production-grade solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to design and development of AI-powered platforms and systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects from discovery to rollout.
• Build AI-driven features and agentic systems for customer and internal use.
• Integrate AI capabilities into products, tools, and operational workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered systems to production.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and React.
• Proven experience owning production-grade full-stack systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to building AI-powered platforms and contributing to architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with transformer architectures (BERT, GPT) and fine-tuning concepts.
• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, n8n, or similar.
